Ritsu Kitagawa
Hi there! I am a graduate student at Waseda University, Japan. I will be pursuing my PhD in Economics at Columbia University, starting in fall 2024. I study personnel & organizational economics primarily using personnel records provided by Japanese companies. I am also a research fellow of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science.
