Hi there! I am a Ph.D. student at Columbia University's Department of Economics and Columbia Business School. I study personnel and organizational economics primarily using personnel records provided by large companies in Japan. Before joining Columbia, I received my B.A. and M.A. in Economics from Waseda University, Tokyo, and afterward worked on research projects as a JSPS research fellow at Waseda.
