Hi there! I am a Ph.D. student at the Department of Economics, Columbia University and Economics Division, Columbia Business School. I study human resources management primarily using personnel records provided by large companies in Japan through the lens of personnel and organizational economics. I am also broadly interested in topics in financial/management accounting. Before joining Columbia, I received my B.A. and M.A. in Economics from Waseda University (Tokyo).
